I request you to remove the Norton so that it doesn't conlfict with the AVG

Kindly use clear from the below link and uninstall the AVG :

Restart the PC and reinstall the AVG Internet Securityand check if the AVG Password Protection gets installed.

Is AVG Password Protection available?  Before I installed AVG Internet Security my computer had NortonLifeLock 360 deluxe.  I uninstalled Norton and installed AVG internet Security, which was 
suppoed to include Password Protection.  Due to interference from a still lingering Norton Password Manager I was not able to install AVG password protection.  When that interference disappeared I was still not able to install Password Protection.  AVG told me in a dialogue that that subscription had been cancelled.  Why?  Is it no longer available to me?  How do I go about getting it?
