Have been an AVG user for years but am getting extrememly frustrated this year. Keep getting a message that my renewal has failed but my PayPal account is all up to date and cards etc are all current with correct addresses etc.
Trying to use support on the AVG website just puts you into a loop of no support / no one to contact and constantly logging in again and again.
At this point I will need to move to different provider. Any suggestions -have tried clear cache, different browser, different device etc etc.
