AVG PC Tune Up Failure

Hi. I have just done an uninstall and reinstall and the problem persists. Any other solutions? Please note that it is only PC tune up which is not working. All other AVG product get updates fine

Every time I try and get the PC Tune Up to check for updates it refuses to accept that I am connected to the internet. How can I fix this? Thanks
