I have sent you an email with the correct license number.

Use that license number and check if you are able to activate.

renewal 1 computer , 2 years  invoice xxxxxxx, october 6,2017. this invoice do not appear in my account , would like to recover my pc tune up again, I have a new computer with Window 10. alreadty sent  a request aug 30 2017 but still no reply , req # 07094614.
