AVG PC Tune Up licence key problem

Last year I purchased AVG PC Tuneup. This year they automaicaly renewed my version and send the licence key to my old emailaddress. However I changed my emailaddress last year.

So basicaly I cant reach the new key because it was send to the wrong address. This address doesn't exist anymore. How can I solve this?
