AVG PC Tune Up/Performance

On my Dashboard, in the PC Performance section, I am asked 3 questions. When I answer them, only the CANCEL option is highlighted. The OK does not highlight; therefor I cannot complete my optimization and I AM experiencing performance problems. I have only experienced this problem since my 1/12/2015 renewal of my AVG PC Tune Up. Thank you for any assistance you can offer me in this matter,
