I purchased a Renewal AVG PC TuneUp on the 29th of Jan 2018 for 24 months. I had installed the program and it worked, but I was subsequently forced to clear my hard drive after my computer crashed. I have now re-installed PC Tune up and I have my product key ready, but I cannot find where or how to reactivate my product key.
The AVG support/FAQ section references a reactivation button under the help menu, however that is not present.
Do you know how I can reactivate my product? Cheers

You seem to have installed AVG TuneUp - Unlimited which does not require a license number to activate it. I would request you to uninstall the existing AVG PC TuneUp app and re install it as per the instructions provided below.
Click on this link for steps to uninstall AVG.
Then refer to steps in this link on how to download and install AVG PC TuneUp.
