Hello Everybody!

So the issue at hand here is I'm not 100% tuned up with my AVG PC Tune Up program.  One of the ways to maximize performance has been to disable certain start up and background programs.

When I click on the disable background programs option it reads "The procedure entry point @Tuuvars@initialization$qqrv could not be located in the dynamic link library" then shows the directory location and the file named PROGRAMDEACTIVATOR.EXE

When I click on disable start up programs it gives the same alert but can't find the file STARTUPMANAGER.EXE

Is there a way to retrieve these files?  My bigger concern is how are they gone and why have they been removed from the computer?  Has my computer been comprimised?
