I have long suspected that PC TuneUp is malware, and now we have proof. Of course you could set AVG not to heal/remove "infections" without asking, then restore files from Virus Vault and create exceptions for them.

Hi Dee,
It might be caused by some issue with certificates please try install all windows updates.
Thanks

I downloaded and installed AVG PC tuneup used it then downloaded and installed Avg 2015. ran the first scan and it picked up avg pc tuneup said it was a virus and deleted it. Why? Both were downloaded from your site? It also did the same with some files that adobe gave me to help correct some problems i had with a program and it also says that my original disk for adobe photoshop is a viruse? WTF? Are you for real? Think I have laughed over this more than anything. Did not have this problem until i downloaded AVG 2015. shm
