Last Friday 5/23 I submitted a refund request and got a popup that said I'd receive a confirmation email within 3 days. I have yet to receive one. I checked my spam folder as well. I want a refund for a 2 computer license for PC Tuneup.

I have a licensed version of AVG PC TuneUp and have set automatic maintenance to run when the computer is idle after 3 days of PC usage. The option to force a run after 1 week is checked, and the option to not perform maintenance when running on battery is unchecked. All maintenance tasks are checked except clean registry and defragment hard disk.

It has been well over 3 days since maintenance was last run. The AVG PC TuneUp's Dashboard tab shows Maintenance in green and a checkmark with the word "Manual" next to it. I'm assuming this means that maintenance was last run manually. Looking in the AVG Rescue Center the last entry I see for 1-Click Maintenance is for 8 days ago. The only entry after that is for AVG Registry cleaner which I ran manually 7 days ago.

Why is automatic maintenance not running?

I'm running Windows 8.1 Update 1 32-bit
