AVG PC TuneUp @BW_PRODUCT_NAME_VERSION...!

Reading between the pages of this AVG Support Community I found that to other people the same thing happened during the installation of AVG PC TuneUp and that this strange @BW_Product_Name_Version it is installed inside your software creating serious problems.
Instead of suggesting solutions through unlikely attempts, as you have solved for these other users?
Then they managed to use AVG PC TuneUp?
It would be really important to know this!

Sorry to hear that. I see that you have purchased AVG PC TuneUp (1 computer) good till 8/10/2018 and another AVG PC TuneUp (1 computer) good till 8/9/2018. Hence please share the screenshot of AVG user interface to assist further.

I have purchased, installed and registered (in the appropriate web page) AVG PC TuneUp but the program not work and a strange icon and folder appeared on my computer!
On the desktop, appears the TuneUp icon whit the writing "@BW_Product_Name_Version".
All the AVG PC TuneUp functionality not working. I tried to uninstalled (Removed) and reinstalled several times still getting the same problem.
I used AVG_Remover.exe tool also, but the problem persist!

Furthermore, despite having proceeded to record the program in the dashboard window stays the notice that I'm 30 days to perform the regisatration!?!?
I do not know what to do anymore.
Someone can help me solve this?

Please run the AVG Remover tool in Safe mode using the below instructions :
1 Download the AVG remover tool please click on this link:
http://aa-download.avg.com/filedir/util/AVG_Remover.exe
2 Run the downloaded tool and select "AVG PC TuneUp", click "Remove".
3 Your computer will be restarted automatically.
After reboot, Open C drive and look for folder "AVG Remover" and delete it manually, also delete "AVG" folder in "Program files (x86)" in C Drive.
Reboot your computer to normal mode and start the AVG PC TuneUp installation using the following link : http://avgclick.me/installAVGPCTuneUp

I would like to appreciate your patience, efforts and certainly understand your frustration. I am sure you have tried all our suggestions in the provided logical order to resolve the issue. I would suggest you to boot your PC to safe mode with networking and try to establish a remote connection with our technicians from safe mode.

Yes Abirami (and Alan) I purchased two AVG PC TuneUp copies, one for my wife to install in her laptop (in date 8/9/2018) and I did not have any problem... TuneUp works wonderfully.
My copy (purchased 8/10/2018) instead it has created the problems I have exposed.
Now, as indicated, I will post the AVG user interface screenshots here, and I hope that with your help I can find the solution.

Thank you for trying it and I would like to appreciate your efforts. This could be an issue with the user interface and it can be resolve by uninstalling and re install the application. I tried to use AVG remote support but the connection in the window to talk with technician lost connection and then resumed it continuously preventing me from writing and receiving help!
In this way it is really impossible… keeping in mind that they are not very good with the English language.

The AVG PC TuneUp windows when program start first time. You can see the TuneUp icon on the top left of desktop with a strange inscription "@BW_Product_Name_Version"

Did you follow the below steps to activate AVG PC TuneUp after re installing it?

Open the AVG PC TuneUp interface.
Click Help, then select Activate product from the drop-down menu.
Type your license number into the Product key field and click Next, then click Finish.
