AVG PC TuneUp installation Failed .. any idea?

Hello, Ryan.
We'd be glad to assist you with installing AVG TuneUp - Unlimited. Do you have any other AVG products installed on your PC? Is this the first time that you are trying to install AVG PC TuneUp on your PC?

Hi 
I just signed up for the free trail of PC tune up / performance. 
I clicked the download link for windows from the email and ran the download. Within a couple of minutes I had an error window pop up telling me installation had failed with the following error code 0xC0070643: General error (0x0643)

Any advice or assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I also have AVG Antivirus free installed. 
First timr installing the tuneup

Thank you for the information Ryan,
Please open AVG Antivirus Free > My AVG > My Subscription > login > use email address and AVG MyAccount password. After that open AVG Antivirus Free > My AVG > click install now button under AVG TuneUp, the program should be installed.
