AVG Tune Up duplicate issue

I have been using AVG PC TuneUp for 2/3 years and have had no problem with deleting duplicate files. Now I am not able to delete any duplicate files and get the message "You require permission from TrustedInstaller to make changes to this folder" Has anyone had the same problem, if so have you been able to fix it?

Thank you for providing screenshot Gordon,
From the screenshot, I see that you're trying to delete Microsoft Windows files which need administrator privileges to get deleted. Because if you delete that files, that may cause windows operating system issues. There is no problem with AVG PC TuneUp, the file needs permission to get deleted, you can contact Microsoft about the file, if you want to get deleted that file.

Gordon, For your info, just in case that you are unaware, you can post the screenshot here in your topic. Click on 'Answer' & then click on the 'Image' [mountain symbol] & follow the instructions.
