Hi Chris,
AVG PC TuneUp will only help tune up your computer.
It is not an anti malware program . May I know which function of AVG PC tuneUp you want to use in C Drive ?

In AVG PC Tuneup how can I deselect my D: external hard drive (Carbonite backup) which could take days to scan, defrag etc. I just want to select C: but I could not find a way to do it in Settings.
