I recently purchased AVG PC TuneUp. After successfully installing and running the software once, I am not longer able to start the software. Essentially, if I want to use it, I have to perform a fresh install each time.
Failed attempts to start AVG PC TuneUp
- Using AVG Internet Security window to drop down the My AVG menu and click PC TuneUp. It says it is already installed in green and does nothing when I click it. 
- Searching for the AVG PC TuneUp software in my search bar. AVG PC TuneUp is found but when I try to run it says, "The item 'avguix.exe' that this shortcut refers to has been changed or moved, so this shortcut will no longer work properly. Do you want to delete this shortcut? yes or no." So I go to the directory where AVG PC TuneUp is located on my primary C: and I find a shortcut in there that gives me the same message. Sure enough, avguix.exe is NOT in this folder.

Please help!
