I request you to uninstall the AVG PC Tuneup (if you have already installed it), please go to control panel > program and features and follow the instruction (http://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?urlname=Download-and-install-AVG-Performance) to install AVG TuneUp - Unlimited (which you have purchased).

I was just notified online that my pctuneup license had expired and I should renew it.
When I tried It would not accept my order or credit card, said one already exists. told me to log into my account. My understanding is that I already have the latest version and it was just a matter of renewing the license. Please tell me what I should do.
