AVG PCTuneup just loading, but no interface

Hi Kishore,

​I tried that also, still no luck :-(, interfeace is just not showing up.
​I have also tried to boot in safemode, but still not working.
​As I have AVG Ultimate i don't have the option to install PC TuneUp stand alone, the version Zen install is attaced in the screenshoot.

i think its a shortcut problem because the same problem happened with me and now its fixed just go to the C:\Program Files\AVG\AVG PC TuneUp and click on setting center and in settings go to the integration and uncheck the options of desktop then apply then recheck then again apply…
it will work

Hello Thomas.
I request you to click this link
 http://download.avg.com/filedir/util/AVG_Remover.exe
to download and run the AVG Remover tool.
Please select the AVG products which are shown in the remover tool window and then start removal process.
After the remover tool process is successfully finished, restart your pc.
After the restart,  manually delete the AVG Remover folder in the C drive of Mycomputer.
Now, try to reinstall your product and you should be fine.

​ofcouse i know that, but I don't have the option install the stand-alone produkt, I need to install it though Zen,
​sorry to say, but all the replys you make, has no value at all.
​If this is the level for being "AVG Guru" then I chocked.!

I'm running AVG Ultimate with Zen.
Everything was working fine, until I upgraded to Windows 10.

Now when I start AVG Pctuneup, I don't get the main GUI from the program.
It is just loading,
I have tried to uninstall ALL AVG products, then use AVG remover, delete all foldes / temp files etc.
but still the same problem.

Hope someone have a fix for this :slight_smile:

Sorry but it will not fix the problem.
I did already looked at that page before I made my post.

The problem is that the GUI, don't show up, if I run the other utilitys direct I can get it to work, but the main page, I can't get to work, and it gives me access to all the minor tweeks, but very usefull ones :slight_smile:
