I got a prompt to run AVG Performance so I downloaded the free version. It deleted my whole downloads folder with no warning and I cant get it back. I looks like my downloads folder has been clearedas it mistook them for System Cashe & Logs. I used the rescue center and nothing came back, I ran recuva and nothing was there to restore from my downloads folder. Even when I try to click on setting on AVG it just wants be to buy the premium version. How do I get all my downloads folder back? It states 9.35GB cleaned but it only removed the stuff I actually want on my laptop
I'm not paying for your crappy product just to get my files back, everytime I try to look at what it deleted it just states I only have 1 click maintenance. It only took 1 click and it deleted all my TV shows and movies. Help!
