Since the last software update, I’ve been having issues with my photo vault on my iPhone. I can open the vault, but I can no longer add, delete, or view photos. The screen remains frozen. How can I fix this problem without losing my photos?"

Hi, A few people have experienced similar issues after an iOS update. Update your vault app to its latest version and reboot the iPhone before taking any drastic measures. Do not uninstall the app as this may cause loss of photos if they were not backed up. Instead, have a look and see if there is a repair/recovery feature to the app, or if you have backup photos on iCloud or another service. If none of that does the trick, I would suggest reaching out to the app’s support team and providing your iPhone model, iOS version and app version. They may know that there is a compatibility concern with the new update and can direct you to the most secure approach to getting your photos back working.
