I understand your concern.
I see that you have been charged for renewal of AVG PC TuneUp 1 computer (1 year) license as it had auto renewal enabled.
(click here) to see the steps for installing AVG PC TuneUp program.
I have sent an email with the license number.
If the email is not found in inbox do check in spam and junk folders.

I recieved a notice that my subscription was renewed and my credit card verified it ut it is not on m computer.  Please send me what I paid for or reimburse my account.  Thank you/
