First of all AVG needs to do something about this website. I'm trying to respond to an agent. I can find the forum but it tells me to log in. When I log in, I can't find the forum. I spoke to a live agent who gave me the forum URL. Now that I'm here I want to get to the thread that I started a few weeks ago. I can see that there are so many other people with questions, and it's going to take me a week to scroll through everything, one page at a time, to find my question. I need a way to get to it, quickly. I'm beginning to despair, and wishing I'd never contacted AVG because it's a nightmare.
If Karthikeyan sees this message, know that I'm not going to try to find my original message because I'd have to scroll through far too many pages. Sir, you asked me to post a screen capture of the AVG pop-up that shouldn't be popping up. It tells me that Firefox browser has a poorly rated add-on, and names Logitech as the add-on. Then AVG wants to remove it.
Logitech is a stand alone, proprietary program for my keyboard and mouse. It is not a Firefox add-on. You asked me to provide a screen shot of the pop-up. I have it but can't post it. Why doesn't AVG get its act together and get this website sorted out so it works like other websites?
