Initially, we'd like to clarify that, usually AVG program provides pop up offers for other AVG programs, in order to personalize/improvise the existing app.
An user can either proceed to purchase through the prompt or ignore, depending on their preferences.
However, the app allows us to disable those campaign notifications by following these steps : Open AVG Internet Security - Menu - Settings - General - Personal privacy - uncheck options below 'Offers & Personalization'. Thank you for your understanding in advance!
