AVG preventing me logging into Google account with Chrome

If you suspect that AVG is causing the issue, please disable AVG protection temporarily & check.

Since I installed AVG, when I try and log into a Google identity on chrome, after I add my username, the Next button does nothing. Also some webforms etc on other sites seem to be blocked. Help!
