Per ATT AVG is prevneting the download and usage of ATT Troubleshoot Plugin.
Even when we "shut off" the firewall and virus protection.
I have also tried uninstalling AVG and still ATT cannot repair my slow email issue. Again they say it is an AVG issue.
I have no issue with any other websites only ATT for my email and also Turbo Tax will not download.
Again both companies say it is a AVG issue.
How can we resolve this???
