I have updated the AVG Antivirus/AVG Cleaner licenses from our end, it may take up to 5 hours to be updated. I request you to wait for 5 hours, logout and login to AVG MyAccount on your installed AVG Antivirus/AVG Cleaner apps.

Sadly you have made no difference at all.
Having selected either Anti Virus or Cleaner I log in to my account and sometimes I get Pro on one program but not on the other. This happens on all my devices.
Often it makes no difference at all!
Please spell out exactly what you want me to do. For example once I have logged into my account on each program do I have to stay logged in for the program to work?
I have a valid licence for AVG Ultimate. At present I cannot get any of my 4 Android devices to recognise my Pro subscription to AVG Anti Virus or Cleaner. I have uninstalled and reinstalled both programs endless times and logged on to my AVG account but without success.
My subscription is due to run out in July and I see little point in renewing if I cannot get the program I have paid for.
Yes, Michael. You have to logged in and check the status after 5 hours.

Select the first option as "YES" and the operating system as "ANDROID"
Fill in the details and click on the option "answer via email"
Once your request is submitted you will be getting the prompt answer via email from our mobile team.
