Also when filling out your details choose Yes for the Question "Are you currently using any paid/trial AVG products?" and click on Email option. The AVG mobile team will reply back to you via email with a resolution.

Hi - I…I bought AVG AntiVirus PRO (through the Play Store) on 25 March 2017 but cannot transfer it to my new phone. I have followed the instructions given on the contact page, but in the Play Store the only option I get is to pay again before I can download. Please help!
