Please perform app reset of AG Antivirus and check whether it resolves the issue.
For app reset, access Device Menu -> Settings -> Apps/Application Management -> AVG –> Tap on clear cache and clear data -> Force stop the app .

Hi.
I have avg pro on my mobile and it usually scans every day. It's been ttrying to scan for 28 days plus but nothing happening. According to the reports I've read in my account it states it was interrupted. Please help
