We will certainly look in to this and help you resolve the issue.
The popup shouldn't appear, if both AVG Internet Security and AVG TuneUp is activated.
If you have activated both programs, please try disabling AVG Internet Security popups from the settings and check with the program.
Please follow the below steps to disable popups.
Open AVG Internet security –> click Menu –> Settings –> Personal privacy –> Uncheck "Show offers for other products" and "Show offers for 3rd party products".

I have AVG Internet Security Installed and AVG PC tune Up (paid versions)AVG Internet Security does not recognize PC tune up and keeps prompting me to buy PC Tune up when I already have a license for PC tune up. They seem to work independent of each other? How can I resolve this. Seems someone else in 2018 had this issue but my Tuneup key is 2020
