I am/have been experiencing a few problems with AVG products. I also am/have been getting AVG pop-ups advising me that an AVG product that I may have installed on a trial basis has now expired and my computer is not protected. I had been working with an AVG rep a few days ago and the Chat Room was having difficulties. The rep advised me that there was a problem there but that you were working on it and it would be repaired. I was forced off the site several times and had to reestablish the link. It was a very difficult time. I did not get that or other issues with AG resolved and I would like to try again.
