Hello Diana,

I am sorry to hear this. I see that you have been charged for the AVG TuneUp - Unlimited (2 years subscription) and it expires on 11th June 2019.
To activate the paid subscription please follow the steps as mentioned in this article: http://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?urlname=Activate-AVG-Zen-Protection-Performance-or-Ultimate
If you have the email address displayed already then click on it and select "Leave this network"
Restart the PC once and then open the AVG user interface and follow the activation steps as mentioned in the article.  Check whether AVG TuneUp is getting activated.

My name is Richard Benard and I was just charged $65.99 for a years service from AVG…I don"t need or want this service. I have a new laptop and am protected with another Co.
You gave me no warning I was going to be charged.
I'v hopefully cancelled next year's service but would like to be refunded for this year.
You just went ahead and cgarged my visa with no prior knowledge.

Can you please telll me why I was charged the following: DRI*AVG TECHNOLOGIES orderfind.com MN for $79.19 on 06/12 and am still getting notices that my trial run for fixes has expired? If I paid for this particular service and am not getting the issues fixed, may I cancel this and get a refund? In addition,  I've already paid my regular subscription for AVG protection for 2 years and have another year to go before this expires! I feel I'm being charged unnecessarily, diana

We'll help you to sort this out. AVG will send a renewal notification email 30 days prior to the products expiry date. I have already escalated the case to help you in getting the refund. Our refund team will get in touch with you shortly.

Please check you email inbox, also check your spam/junk folders as well if you don't find the email.
