We are sorry for the inconvenience caused.
We would like to inform you that the AVG Internet Security Unlimited does not have the license number to activate it. You can activate it with AVG MY account credentials.
Please run the AVG Remover tool by using the below instructions to uninstall AVG completely:
1 Download the AVG remover tool please click on this link:
http://aa-download.avg.com/filedir/util/AVG_Remover.exe
2 Run the downloaded tool and follow the instructions displayed on your screen.
3 Your computer will be restarted automatically.
After reboot, Open C drive and look for folder "AVG Remover" and delete it manually, also delete "AVG" folder in "Program files (x86)" in C Drive.

If I delete in C drive "AVG" folder in program files (x 86) i also delete AVG PC Tune up. What i do ?

I purchased invoice  (Invoice number deleted) of August 22, 2016 AVG Protection Multidevice (Internet Security Unlimited).
But I can not install it because on my PC the program is only nominally present, with zero bytes. In addition, only version 1.181.3.3057 is indicated, but not the license.
Probably the installation attempt made in time has not been successful.
Please send me the product so that it can be installed and activated before AVG Internet Security cancels, which expires in a few days.

Hello Rita,

If you have AVG PC Tuneup installed in your system, it is not required to delete the AVG folder. You can delete only the AVG Remover folder from the Local Drive C. Feel free to contact us for further help.
