Hi,
I decided to uninstall the free version of AVG to purchase and upgrade to the Pro version. After installing, i noticed that my install is stuck on 86 percent on my Zen screen.
I have followed the instruction of running the AVG Reset Access tool and the AVG removal tool also but still no luck.
Does anyone know how to fix this as it appears to be a known issue.As im getting frustrated.
I'm running Windows 10.

AVG ZEN. No error messages. Installation of 'protection' just hangs on 86% and has been stuck for over 12 hours. I have tried uninstalling AVG and re-installing but the issue still remains.
