I was told my protction was about to expire in a couple of weeks. I signed up to buy Protection Pro now. I had enormous trouble getting through the application process, even working with the Free Chat line, but eventually, a couple of days ago, was told I had purchased Protection Pro and my payment had been accepted. Now I'm getting messages telling me that my Protection Pro has expired and I must "buy now". What's going on? I'm also being hounded to buy other AVG products. I'm very unhappy with this. I don't now know whether I have any protection at all. What can I do to find out?
