Your experts have uninstalled and reinstalled the product several times - still does not take the trial version off. If the email contains a different solution please can you resend it, if it is asking me to do the same please can your experts contact me with a differtent solution.
I bought AVG Protection and downloaded as per instructions. But all I get is the trial version with the message it will expire in so many days! I have had 2 remote sessions with AVG both could not convert it, both said they will escalate the case - still waiting!!! The last session left me with AVG Free, didn't even have the courtesy to put AVG Protection Trial back back on my system.
Does anyone, even AVG, have an answer because I did not pay good money only to get a trial version?
