AVG quitting unexpectantly

Could you advise when the Senior Team is likely to respond please.

I am using an iMac with version 10.9.5. I have a free version of AVG. It operated satisfactorily for a long period and then starting to quit at about 60 % scan completion.

I am not sure what you mean by the 'AVG scan interface'. Could ypu please elucidate.

My AVG for MAC keeps 'quitting unexpectantly' when scanning reaches about 60%. What could be causing this ?

Please use “Go To Folder” and Open ~/Library/ Directly. All you need to do is hit Command+Shift+G from the Mac desktop (or Finder > Go > Go to Folder) and type in ~/Library to temporarily access the Library directory in the Finder.

Could you advise when the Senior Team is likely to respond please.

I have managed to get into my Library folder and have copied the latest log file. However I am unable to send you this file. It is large and perhaps that is why I cannot send it on your website. Is there any other way I can send a copy of my log file to you ?
