So I just reactivated AVG Internet Security and everything looks fine. The only issue is that my identity protection is being stopped for some reason and when I try to activate it I'm always sent to a page asking me to pay for an entire new subscription. How can I fix this? I tried calling customer support and I don't know if corporate is smart enough to understand the simple fact that I CAN NOT UNDERSTAND PEOPLE WITH INDIAN ACCENTS! I would have used chat instead, but the chat window wouldn't open.
