AVG Rebate loose ends

We regret for the inconvenience caused. On checking with your account we could see that you have AVG Internet Security for multi device. Since you had mentioned that you had submitted your refund request, we couldn't see any of the case history regarding refund. Do you have any case reference number for this? If so please let us know we are her to help you.

I bought an AVG internet security in 2016 Nov which has mail in rebate $45. The issue is rebate credit card hasn't arrived to my home. I have contacted to rebate center and I was told to contact 1-877-757-5423 where rebate card are issued. Funny thing is that number no longer valid and I don't have any contact number to claim my rebate money. AVG rebates are Loose ends.

  That is why I said AVG rebate is a loose ends. Fry's Electronics is a retail seller but AVG is the one that offer REBATE to purchase their product and keep sending promotion by using this product, offering me to purchase more products from them. It is annoying by the way. 
 Here I want you to know that for my losing rebate, AVG is the one who offered rebate for the first place and now you are telling me to contact reseller for this rebate. That is why I said, AVG rebate is a loose end. I will not buy AVG product any more, not even Free products.

We are sorry for the confusion, we can see that you have purchased AVG Internet Security - Unlimited from a Reseller and requested refund for the purchase from them. The email was from the Reseller about the Refund request and not from AVG. We suggest you to contact the reseller and request the refund status or reply back to that email to check the refund status.
