I've tried contacting AVG over a refund for an unneeded subscription 3 times, each time had no contact, the number listed on the site for the UK doesn't exist, I've never had such bad customer service from a business ever. £60 might not be a lot to most but it's a lot to me. Guarenteed I won't use AVG again.
