I took out a 3 month trial version of VPN which I cancelled via my account subscriptions 30 days before it was due to renew. Despite this I have now been charged the full renewal fee.
Just gone through a lengthy process to claim a refund but the (UK) contact number provided does not connect.
Can AVG make life any more difficult for their customers
