Like a year ago i bought the subscription for AVG for 1 year and 2 weeks ago i got a renewal but it was more expensive than i had thought it would be. The problem is that i have already done the refund petition and everything but that was around 10 days ago and i havent got a single email or any response. What can i do to get my money back?
