I attempted to do a repair, but AVG refuses to let me do that as well.
Today AVG quarantined the Paradox Launcher program, which is not a threat, and it refuses to let me restore it from quarantine. Would you kindly tell me how to solve this issue.

Thank you for the screenshot.
Please try to restart the PC once and try to repair it. If you are unable to do it, let us know.
After a second restart, I was able to do an application repair, another system restart, and I was finally able to restore the quarantined program. Thank you for the assist.
As I originally stated, AVG will not allow me to restore the file.
