AVG remote-access-protection refuse connection from IPv6 source

Dear AVG Support,

I need help.

File sharing no longer works between my PCs (w10-64, w7-32, etc.) on my local WiFi router. Investigating the causes, I discovered that:

  • Using the CMD IPconfig command, each PC assumes different IP addresses, and when PC1 tries to connect to PC2 for file sharing (via the \computer-name\folder connection), PC2 refuses the connection, as reported in AVG-internet-security - remote access protection;
  • The requesting IP address has not been added to the list of those authorized to connect in IPv4 format;
  • The requesting IP address appears to PC2 in its IPv6 format, which cannot be included in the authorized list.

What can I do?

Regards
