Hi, Would like to take your offer again this year of renewing my internet securities with your company, but, can you confirm that if I do it would NOT be automatically renewed when it terminates next year, I would prefer to make this choice myself. In previous years I have discovered that even though this is available on confirmation when I have tried to activate it, it will not let you.
