I ran the AVG Reset Access tool because I couldn't install avg it was recommended here

After restart
- I'm unable to open my start menu
or see apps or Windows Store icon from the taskbar.
How do i fix this??

When running that tool what just happened? Now everytime I open the Windows Store or A Windows app the taskbar crashes and then restarts. Now I might have to format my computer thanks to this utility!
