I have a very old phone, sony Xperia, with a cracked screen, i've had it lying around for ages but i'm trying to collate all my photos from old phones. I know the android password, but I cannot connect it to the internet as the screen is cracked, and when I try to enable wifi through the reset pin function it just gets stuck on the same white screen with a blue loading circle in the middle, for 10+ mins it stays the same. I have logged into my AVG account and the phone is not connected here, i've checked for all 3 email addresses I would of used to open the account.
The third option of resetting via the AVG app will also be impossible as I cannot actually get into the phone or app to do so.
How can I remove AVG from my phone? I'm doubtful it's even recognising the pins, i've tried all of the pins I use regularly, or could of used, it'll take 1-2 mins loading before it even says "incorrect pin".
It's very frustrating as this is the only product now stopping me from accessing my data, and I can't see any potential solutions from the online support community.
