AVG saying I don't have the Internet Security program when I do

Hello Peter,

I understand the inconvenience. Have you tried to activate the program with your Myaccount credentials? Also, please check the expiry date in AVG> Menu > Settings> About > Subscription.

Do also provide the screenshot [http://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?urlname=How-to-create-a-screenshot] of your AVG dashboard installed on your Pc to assist further.

Hello Alicia,

I understand this must be upsetting and I apologize for the inconvenience. I have sent you an email, please follow the email instructions to get in touch with the remote support. They will analyze the issue with AVG and fix it with free of cost.

This is the second time this has happened and it's very frustrating. I bought a 1 year subscription to AVG Internet Security in March and today, for the second time, I open the program and it's giving me the option to install and purchase the same subscription that I already have. When I go to my account link on the AVG website it says that I have the subscription until March of  2018. This same thing happened a couple of months ago and I had to uninstall AVG and run a couple of remover programs before it would let me reinstall and recognize that I have a subscription.
