I have several machines showing this error and have for several months. When I click to fix error the, after a few seconds I get the popup that AVG is up to date. I've tried this on all the machines showing the error but the errors still show. If someone knows how to fix this I would appreciate them sharing.

Thank you for providing the screenshot, Maree.
It is an older version of AVG program for which virus definitions updates have been stopped. We'd request to uninstall it and click this link for instructions to install latest version of AVG Internet Security.
You can use the same license number to activate the newer version too.

AVG is saying "you are not fully protected", yet when I click fix now it says I am fully updated. Can anyone help?

I have installed latest version and all is good. How come we don't get notification of new versions OR why are our versions not updated when we do updates?

The possible reason for this error might be an older version of AVG installed on your computer.

That's great!

This update for the AVG program was released all of a sudden that is why we couldn't notify customers on time.

We made some huge updates in the AVG Antivirus/Internet Security user interface and the engine, which couldn't be performed with a normal update.

That is why we suggest to reinstall the latest version of AVG Internet Security program.
