I updated AVG and started a scan on my surface note book.  AVG prompted to block or allow searchprotocallhost.  I hit the block first then search for the program which is a Microsoft program.   I cannot find where to make a trusted app or prompt.  I have clicked allowed several times but it's doing this to all files.
