Thank you for your answer at 23.49.
It's impossible for me to unlock my phone because :
- I can't go further than the 2nd step. (when I get connected "I read There are no devices registered. Please register your device for the Anti-theft service from the AVG AntiVirus app". =>> I can't choose any device.
- Most important thing I don't have any data or wi-fi connection (this is why I change my Sim card and Why I asked you to unlock it ).
My apologize but after 4 days without any access to my phone ( AND my family), I'm getting less and less patient. It's not any more a inconvenient but a problem.
My password is correct why doesn't it works?
May I PLEASE ask YOU to UNLOCK my phone TODAY?
It was very easy to find the app, to download it and to buy it But, it's a nightmare to get my problem solve.
