Hello. I have just reinstalled my operating system and I don't believe I have AVG installed on my computer yet. Please can you escalate it directly to the product management team. I'm sorry that the message is so long but I don't believe I could have properly expressed myself in fewer words.
I quite like this browser. I believe it has potential, but it NEEDS to support u2f because the sms way of authenticating is just ridiculous.

My first concern is that, after speaking with one of your representatives today, it turns out that AVG secure browser DOES NOT support u2f multi factor security authenticator / authentication keys like the Yubikey, for example.

Something that AVG need to be aware of is that, due to the HUGE volume of authentication sms's being sent out every single second, there is a huge strain on the sms system and many of the 2fa codes simply expire before they are actually received.

This might not sound like a big deal, but take into account that, when I have cleared all my cookies, I then have to sign into at least 10 or more, accounts again because clearing the cookies means you have to sign in again.

Sitting around and waiting 10 minutes for a code to expire (ten times on ten different accounts) before it is ever received, is impractical and absurd.

That's why this browser needs to support these keys. The way it is currently, I am hesitant to clean my cookies because it means sitting around for ages waiting for codes that will likely expire before my phone ever receives them. This is not ok. I need this technology BADLY and if this browser won't support it, then it's not very secure at all since I am not using the privacy cleaner because it means waiting on codes that never arrive.

This brings me on to my second issue with this browser.

AVG secure browser IS NOT recognised by CCleaner; the most popular cleaner for PC (not necessarily the most secure, but certainly the most popular).

In addition to this, AVG browser's "privacy cleaner" is buried deep in the settings, when an icon for it SHOULD be displayed more prominently, right next to the ad block and video downloader icons.

Then people wouldn't have to click multiple times to find something that they should be using regularly.

The fact that ccleaner doesn't recognise this browser just compounds that issue.

Just so that you can see that I'm not just moaning for no reason, I will explain the process of cleaning my computer and how you have unintentionally made it even more complicated than it should be:

First, I need to launch CCleaner, and go through its process of cleaning the computer.

then, I need to Click the three dots in AVG Browser,
Then I need to click on Security and Privacy centre
Then I need to click Advanced Clean and check/uncheck boxes as per my needs,

Then, I need to launch all the sites I use in their own windows.
Attempt to sign in on these sites, (this part is easier for me since I use a pw manager, but you can imagine it being more difficult for those who don't).

Then I need to wait a long time for codes that either never arrive, or arrive after they have already expired. This needs to be done at least 10 times, sometimes more than that, every single time I dare to clear my browser.

So you can see why I am hesitant to clear my browser, and you can also see why your not supporting u2f is making my life so complex that it is not at all practical to use this browser until it does support it.

You can also see how you could reduce the steps down a little, you could display an icon for the privacy cleaner, right next to the adblock and vid download icon, so that your customers don't have to go searching for it in the settings every time.

I know some people are going to think, what a lazy person, he can't be bothered to do 3 more clicks, but understand that, it is 3 more clicks than necessary, in addition to all these other steps I have to take.
